De-Escalation: In-Person and Online
Our fully-funded De-escalation Workshops take place across all of our branch locations, and are available to all of our teaching and support staff who are keen to create an inclusive, respectful and caring environment in the classroom. For de-escalation refresher, our online course enables you to re-visit essential de-escalation techniques, understand the six stages of crisis, and respond safely to challenging behaviour to meet safeguarding expectations in schools.

Autism Awareness
Aimed at increasing awareness of autistic spectrum disorders while providing teaching & support staff with guidance and advice on how to effectively assist students with autism, in both their learning and overall wellbeing within educational settings. Additionally, we will explore how to recognise early signs and symptoms of autism in children and highlight the critical role of the SENCO.

Cover Supervisor Training
This in-person event, delivered by a highly regarded ex Headteacher, aims to up-skill unqualified and inexperienced candidates-however candidates with prior experience of fostering positive relationships with teenagers and young adults, will naturally thrive the most. We also have an online interactive version for those educators looking for immediate access to training.

Safer Working Practice and Professional Standards
Before we send you into your first School assignment, as well as completing the Safeguarding training with us, you will receive training on Safer Working Practices and Maintaining Professional Conduct. We explore acceptable and unacceptable behaviours, how to reduce the risk of allegations via safer working practices and also the consequences of misconduct.

Safeguarding Training
This training has been created with the primary purpose of raising awareness of good practice in safeguarding children and young people, and to help staff identify young people who may be particularly vulnerable to abuse. The online training and course questioning will cover the different types of abuse a young person may experience and what staff can do to spot them, as well as what to do if a child discloses information, and good practice around recording and reporting that disclosure.

QTS Training
Working in partnership with Proxima Education, we provide bespoke training for those educators with QTS around key framework topics. This includes Adaptive Teaching and Scaffolding, Behaviour Management and SEND. Proxima Education delivers specific training to empower you with innovative approximations learning and evidence-based practices and strategies around critical education topics—all within a secure online environment.

Trauma-Informed Practice
This CPD provides a practical introduction to trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches, designed specifically for educators working across different school settings. It goes beyond theory to look at how trauma can show up in everyday classroom behaviour, and what educators can actually do in response.

SLCN Training
Develop confidence supporting SLCN across two sessions. Part one explores Total Communication Environments and universal strategies to improve access and inclusion, helping you recognise and respond to communication barriers. Part two focuses on practical classroom application, supporting social communication and interaction, and working within existing school approaches. You’ll also build an adaptable SLCN toolkit to use in new classrooms, helping you quickly support learners with diverse communication needs across different settings and placements.
