Community Engagement is a Cornerstone of our Culture

Each of our local partnership MATs is supported by a dedicated team of justteachers education consultants who volunteer within their settings on a termly basis.

These activities provide tangible benefits for schools and students alike and we aim to be flexible in our approach depending upon the needs of the community. Activities may include:

Assisting with Sports Days
Leading Fundraising Initiatives
Participating in Renovation or Decorating Projects
Supporting the opening of new SEND units

Supporting Communities

"We are delighted to establish a new partnership with justteachers as a key component of our Families and Communities work. justteachers is a well-known national education supply agency that places a strong emphasis on community engagement. This collaboration will initially integrate justteachers into our cohesive strategy of bringing together agencies and organisations working to improve the Middlesbrough community. A major focus of this partnership will be the design and delivery of a revised girls' leadership programme by justteachers, aimed at raising the aspirations and fostering the confidence of young people, particularly young women. With additional parental initiatives and careers-related activities currently under development, we are excited to collaborate with an organisation whose mission and values so clearly mirror our own."
