Training has been brilliant, not only from an induction perspective, but also on a day to day basis. It really feels like the development of all team members is a big priority, with a lot of time and effort put in to ensure we are confident in carrying out our roles to the best of our ability. 1-2-1 conversations are carried out consistently with clear, constructive feedback provided.

The training and support at justteachers have been excellent. The induction process helped me feel confident and prepared from the start, and the ongoing refresher training keeps my knowledge current and skills sharp. The mentoring I’ve received has been especially valuable — having colleagues who take the time to guide and encourage me has made a real difference.

I was recognised as a future leader by my own leaders and was enrolled on future Team Leader training. This training completely changed my outlook on how I continue to grow personally and also grow the business. I was promoted to Team Leader once I had completed the training, which demonstrated that my determination and growth was recognised by the SLT. I consider myself extremely grateful to have worked alongside such a supportive, female senior management team that paved the way for me to grow.
