We adhere to a Safer Recruitment Policy in line with the Department for Education’s ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ to satisfy the Ofsted principle of ‘minimising risk to children, young people and adults by evaluating the effectiveness of schools’ procedures for safeguarding’ – Ofsted Framework for School Inspection April 2017.

For those harder-to-fill vacancies or to cover last-minute long-term sickness absence, we can provide immediately available teaching and support supply staff. Our on-call service is available for our clients to reach us outside of school hours and throughout the school holidays.

A ‘try before you buy’ recruitment service. Take a teacher on a temporary supply assignment for 12 weeks and then if you wish to take them on a permanent basis, no release fee will be charged. This option gives you the benefit of evaluating the candidate in post to determine if they are the right fit for your school. You are under no obligation to keep the candidate and can end the supply agreement whenever you want.
