About the role:
Justteachers are recruiting on behalf of one of our partner primary schools in Peterborough for a dedicated and compassionate Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant. This welcoming and inclusive school is seeking to appoint a committed individual for an immediate start. The position will initially be on a long-term supply basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role following a successful placement period.
As a Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour or require additional emotional and behavioural guidance. Working closely with class teachers, SEN staff and school leaders, you will help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where every child can succeed both academically and personally.
