About the role:
Justteachers is recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a specialist school in the Nelson area on a long‑term basis.
The full‑time post is due to start in September 2026, with shortlisting currently taking place.
The school provides a highly structured, nurturing and therapeutic environment, supporting pupils with complex social, emotional and behavioural needs. There is a strong focus on safeguarding, positive relationships and helping pupils develop safe behaviours and emotional understanding.
