About the role:

Justteachers is recruiting an SEN Intervention Support Worker for a secondary school in Milton Keynes. This full-time opportunity begins in September 2026 and is expected to continue until January 2027. You will deliver targeted interventions designed to improve literacy, numeracy and social development for pupils with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned intervention programmes
  • Support small group learning
  • Monitor pupil progress
  • Encourage engagement and confidence
  • Work closely with SENCO and teaching staff

Pre-requisites:

  • Experience delivering educational interventions
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
  • Two references within the last two years from a related field
