About the role:
Justteachers is looking for a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student with PICA at a specialist school in North Coventry. This is a full-time position beginning in September 2026 and continuing through the entire academic year.
The school supports pupils aged 4 to 19 with a range of complex needs, including Moderate to Profound Learning Difficulties (MLD/PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language challenges, and sensory impairments. The team is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
In this role, you will work closely with a single student diagnosed with PICA, providing tailored support in line with their educational and care plan. You will collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure the student’s safety, engagement, and progress in both academic and personal development.
