About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist provision in the Lincoln area starting in September 2026 on a long-term, temporary basis.
The setting supports pupils with a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, where behaviours are closely linked to underlying additional learning and communication needs. The school provides a structured and supportive environment focused on consistency, routine and positive behaviour approaches.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils to regulate their emotions, manage behaviours and re-engage with learning in a safe and supportive setting.
