We are seeking a patient and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism and ADHD at a welcoming primary school in the LS12 area of Leeds from September. This full-time role offers ongoing work, with a competitive daily rate of £95–£105, depending on experience. The pupil has an EHCP in place, and the successful candidate will provide consistent, tailored support to help them access learning, regulate emotions, and engage positively within the classroom.
The school is a friendly, inclusive primary setting with a strong commitment to high-quality SEND provision. Staff work collaboratively to create a calm, structured, and nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and understood. The leadership team is approachable and experienced in supporting children with complex needs, ensuring staff are well guided with clear strategies and consistent routines in place.
