About the role:

Justteachers are working with a secondary school in Corby seeking an English Teacher for a full-time role starting in June. The school places strong emphasis on literacy and communication skills, with a supportive English department that shares planning and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan engaging lessons and curriculum content
  • Track and support student progress
  • Prepare pupils for exams
  • Contribute to department planning

Pre-requisites:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching English in secondary schools
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Ability to motivate learners
  • Two recent references from education based settings
