About the role:
Justteachers are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join a local secondary school from September 2026. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will assist teachers in delivering lessons, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and help manage behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
A key aspect of the role will also involve supporting students within the onsite provision, helping those who may require additional behavioural or emotional support to re-engage with education successfully.
