About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated care team at a specialist provision supporting children and young people with complex needs in the Longridge area.
This full-time role is available on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible, with shortlisting currently underway.
The provision is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can develop life skills, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. Staff are passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of those they support.
