A student-focused secondary school in Keighley is recruiting a Pastoral Support Officer on a full-time basis, starting from June 2026. This is a permanent role designed to strengthen the school’s pastoral provision and student wellbeing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with behavioural, emotional and attendance needs
  • Work closely with families, staff and external agencies
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to pastoral plans

Pre-requisites:

  • Experience in a pastoral, youth work or education role
  • Strong interpersonal and safeguarding awareness
  • Ability to build trust with young people
