About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join a secondary school in Corby, starting after May half term. This is a full-time position, ideal for a passionate educator who can inspire students and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality ICT lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).
  • Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports all students.
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support departmental and whole-school initiatives.

Pre-requisites:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching ICT in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for technology and education.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Right to work in the UK.
