About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a vibrant children’s care home in the Longridge area on a long‑term basis.
The full‑time post is due to start in April 2026, with shortlisting currently taking place.
The home provides a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people with emotional, behavioural and complex needs, focusing on building positive relationships and supporting long‑term stability and development.

To be considered for a higher rate, in addition to meeting the minimum criteria, you must be able to demonstrate additional experience, training, and if applicable, qualifications.
