About the role:

A supportive infant school in the Barwell area is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil who presents with significant behavioural challenges. This role requires patience, resilience and a calm approach, supporting the child to regulate emotions, follow routines and access learning safely throughout the school day. Team Teach training is highly desirable, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
