justteachers Limited officially named one of 250 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing ranking 55th among the Medium organisations on the list
Our position on this prestigious list is driven by our annual employee engagement survey, measuring the extent to which everyone across justteachers feels about the culture of wellbeing we’ve developed collectively, making us a truly great workplace for all.

- Psychological safety
- and Financial security.
Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
100% of our employees agreed that:
- When you join the company you are made to feel welcome
- Our clients would rate the service we deliver as ‘excellent’
- Management is honest and ethical in its business practices
- People celebrate special events here
- When people change jobs or work units, they are made to feel right at home
Caroline Cafferty, MD of justteachers commented:
“I am delighted that we have been recognised on the first-ever UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list in 2022. It has understandably been a difficult couple of years for everyone, but we have had the privilege of working with some incredible teaching and support staff throughout, who have shown the ultimate commitment and dedication in helping to keep education open.
Our staff and their wellbeing have always been and will remain to be my top priority. We went to great lengths to ensure we operated an all-inclusive policy during lockdown, encouraging open and honest conversations and always providing support when needed.
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one who work for and with justteachers for their support and cooperation, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are all very proud to be part of such a tremendous work family!”
“Being better for people is better for business, especially in tough times,” explained Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK. “When employees feel genuinely cared for, their loyalty, engagement and productivity improve. Happier people also become brand advocates for the business and will often go the extra mile to provide a positive experience for their clients and customers. We’re delighted to launch our first-ever UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list in 2022, shining a light on the 250 companies who have succeeded in ensuring staff experience high levels of wellbeing across the organisation. Hopefully this recognition and acknowledgement will inspire more workplaces to do the same in years to come.”
