Our SEND Candidates

Our registered Teaching and Support SEND candidates are flexible and adaptable and because of this we can:

  • Provide specialist staff to react quickly to new intakes
  • Supply tailored and bespoke solutions at short notice
  • Offer immediate start dates to quickly fill any gaps.

The candidates we recommend to you will be in-line with your individual setting requirements and will have undertaken all the safeguards you’d expect in a leading Education Recruitment Consultancy, in line with the Conduct Regulations and DFE guidelines.

Bespoke long-term and permanent recruitment packages tailored to suit your unique needs
  • For long-term roles we offer a free trial day for your shortlisted candidate(s), which allows you to see first-hand how they interact with your pupil(s) and ascertain if there is a good culture fit. We pay the candidate so there is no cost to you.
  • Our no-commitment 12-week working interview is offered to our clients to enable a supply candidate to be trialled for a 12-week period without obligation. If you decide to appoint them on a permanent basis thereafter, we won’t charge a release fee.
Our SEND Teams:

Our dedicated SEND teams are keen to gain a thorough understanding of your current and future needs regardless of the notice given or time of day contacted. As such, our teams can be called using our extended on-call service from 6am to 10pm.
