  • Team Leader- Prestwich (Oct 2018)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Team leader or Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to join a growing team and play an integral part in the success of the branch. You will have experience in meeting agreed service levels and KPI’s and be able to demonstrate competence in nurturing your team to become outstanding recruitment consultants.

Leadership

  • Combining your billing activities with the leadership and management of the team
  • Recruitment of key personnel to meet the demands of the business
  • Setting, monitoring, measuring and reviewing of SMART objectives with each individual
  • Ownership and accountability of sales and margin targets for the branch
  • Accountability for adherence to strict compliance levels for the branch
  • Coaching and development of team members
  • Working alongside peers in the leadership team across the company

Sales and Business Development

  • Being a trusted point of contact for all schools within this cluster organisation
  • Maintaining long-lasting client relationships to maximise business opportunities
  • Meeting agreed service levels, defined between the client and our business

Candidates

  • Attraction, selection and interview of suitable candidates to meet the needs and demands of your clients
  • To establish long-term, solid relationships with suitable candidates to support their career aims
  • Nurture and develop trust with candidates to ensure they feel supported and valued by the organisation
  • Provide career solutions to candidates to enable them to maximise their working arrangements.

  • Recruitment Consultants- Skipton & Coventry (Oct 2018)

The roles are both 360 recruitment positions which means that you will be responsible for finding vacancies and opportunities from discussion and liaison with your schools. You will find suitable teachers to meet the needs of your schools and provide outstanding levels of care and service to both your schools and your teachers.

The role comprises the following key duties:

Clients

  • Contacting new clients to establish the varying staffing requirements across their school
  • Building relationships with new clients by establishing trust and rapport at an early stage
  • Understanding the needs of your schools through careful listening and provision of tailor-made solutions from highly skilled candidates

Candidates

  • Attraction, selection and interview of suitable candidates to meet the needs and demands of your clients
  • Establishing loyal and respectful relationships with your candidates to support their career aims
  • Provide career solutions to candidates to enable them to maximise their working arrangements

The ideal candidate will have experience within recruitment, be passionate about sales and business development, be outgoing and confident, motivated by success and by exceeding targets and objectives.

  • Compliance/Sales Support Officer (Oct 2018)

We have a vacancy in our Skipton branch for someone to join the team as a Compliance/Sales Support Officer to process documentation, pay our candidates and provide general administrative support to the branch.
