Meet our Managing Director, Caroline Cafferty
Caroline Cafferty, justteachers family member for 16 years
Previously justteachers Recruitment Consultant, Team Leader, Branch Manager and Operations Director.
“Our recognition as being a Great Place To Work® for the 3rd year running, highlights to our current and future employees the importance we place on our employee wellbeing, employee financial security, work-life balance, interpersonal relationships and fulfilment at work.
So for me, it matters more that we find team members with the right attitude and personality fit over previous recruitment experience. I am extremely proud of the longevity of service of our employees- we’re not the kind of business where people come and go, so it is important that we add people to the teams who share our company values and vision.
To succeed in a recruitment career with justteachers, you will need to be ambitious, resilient and optimistic as it isn’t an easy job and requires a certain amount of grit.
However, because of our uncapped earning potential and plenty of other career benefits, it is likely that you will be driven, competitive and determined when facing challenges. These are all essential attributes that we are looking for.
Good luck and maybe I will meet with you soon.”

“It is my ultimate goal to ensure each and every new team member has a positive onboarding experience with justteachers.
From day 1 you will be enrolled into our Milestones Training program which provides you with consistent one-to-one support and training as you start your career with us.
Your initial 3-day induction training will be a combination of classroom theory and workshops to provide you with all the tools you will need to embark on your justteachers recruitment career. You will also, very importantly, be explained the rewards and recognition you will receive when achieving your KPIs explained to you. These will be a mixture of sales targets and team targets.
You will be assigned a designated mentor and buddy to assist with your day to day questions and throughout your first 3 months you will have one to one training according to your individual needs and PDPs set for development areas. Beyond this, where required, you will always be given support and advice when you face particular challenges- as I know from first-hand experience, no two days are likely to be the same.
In order to carve a successful career in recruitment, above all you will need to have bags of enthusiasm, ambition and perseverance”.
