Justteachers supply agency are currently seeking a passionate and qualified EYFS teacher for a charming village school located on the outskirts of Northampton.
Job Description: We are looking for a proactive, supportive, and engaging EYFS Qualified Teacher to join our partner school. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This role requires confidence in teaching phonics and a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The role is open to ECT’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality EYFS education in line with the national curriculum.
- Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners.
- Supporting students’ social and emotional development.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to enhance the educational experience.
- Utilizing effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Strong understanding and confident implementation of phonics.
- Proactive, supportive, and engaging teaching approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving is preferable due to the school’s location.
