Teaching Assistant Spalding
Justteachers teaching agency is looking to recruit a teaching assistant to work with one of our partner primary schools located in Spalding, Lincolnshire. The school is a smaller than average rural primary school that serves a diverse community.
This teaching assistant job will commence from September 2024 and is a full-time long-term position, it is expected to last until December 2024. The role involves working with a range of classes supporting the class teacher generally throughout the day. You will be required to encourage the pupils to uphold the school’s values and ethos and support in implementing a structured routine.
You will have:
- Two references from an education or care provider
- Experience working within the age range 2-11
- Minimum TA Level 1 qualification
- Energy, enthusiasm and vision
- A strong commitment to raising standards
- The ability to communicate with and inspire children of all abilities
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Experience of providing a positive learning environment
