Science Teacher Leeds
Justteachers is supporting a Secondary School in Leeds in the appointment of a Science Teacher. This position is due to start after the May Spring Bank, initially on a contract until the end of the academic year, this assignment has the potential to become permanent for September 2024.
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers, as the school is committed to developing and supporting teachers.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent classroom experience with the ability to reflect on lessons and continually improve their own practice.
- Have effective and systematic behaviour management, with clear boundaries, sanctions, praise and rewards.
- Think strategically about classroom practice and tailoring lessons to pupils needs.
- Understand and interpret complex pupil data to drive lesson planning and pupil attainment.
