justteachers is proud to announce that we have been named among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2024 List by Great Place To Work, in the Medium Organisations category.
Our ranking was revealed on Thursday 14th March 2024, at the prestigious UK’s Best Workplaces™ Awards, which are considered the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards, at Grovesnor House in the heart of London. Independently assessed through a rigorous and unique process, those on the list have proved they have created a great workplace culture built on trust, supported by innovative people management practices.
Achieving our position in the Medium Organisation category fills us with pride as we’re officially acknowledged for our commitment to inclusion, quality, and growth. Over the past 5 years we have introduced numerous new employee benefits including our robust wellbeing package which is available to all staff and supports their mental, physical and financial wellbeing.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces™ List, Great Place To Work® analysed confidential employee survey feedback on trust and reaching their full human potential, as well as employees’ experiences of innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness across departments and seniority levels. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK said “At Great Place To Work® our overarching goal has consistently been to enrich the world of work by empowering companies to evolve into exceptional organisations that cater to everyone. We wholeheartedly endorse the idea that what’s ‘better for business’ aligns with what’s ‘better for people,’ ultimately contributing to a better world For All™.”
From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall our team highly commends our dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth, and the culture of knowledge exchange across our business.
Our recognition in this category, is testament to the importance we place on creating a supportive and rewarding workplace, which motivates us to continue striving for excellence in delivering our services to our clients and candidates, in the education industry.
Caroline Cafferty, Managing Director of justteachers said: “Our inclusion in the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024 List is a testament to the robust culture and shared values within our company. We’re so proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place To Work has provided us with to build on our culture and employee satisfaction.”
