Justteachers wholly believe in leadership by example- the majority of the Senior Team Leaders having worked their way up in terms of their career, throughout their time with the company.

Caroline Cafferty, Operations Director at justteachers said of the award win:

“We are delighted to be recognised as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women in 2019.

At justteachers, women occupy the majority of our leadership roles and the entire Senior Management Team are working mothers. We believe in celebrating the diversity women can bring to an organization, in addition to supporting their professional development and work/life balance commitments. I am so proud that each and every one of them play such an important part in decision making, management and in shaping where we are heading as a business in the future.

I’m equally proud of the whole team of women, and men, that make justteachers who we are.”

Ben Gautrey, Great Place to Work® Managing Director said: “We are delighted to recognise so many great organisations in the second year of the best workplaces for women’s award list. The issues around women in the workplace, particularly parity of pay and advancement opportunities, continue to be important topics and we are proud that, with this ranking and the insights from our successful organisations, we are able to add to the agenda and continue to raise awareness of the importance of fairness around pay, recognition, training and development opportunities and work/life balance. What our Best Workplaces™ for Women clearly show is the impact these policies have on our business. The result is that they are better able to attract and retain female talent who are encouraged to develop professionally and personally."
