Justteachers teaching agency is working with a partner primary school in Bradford who are seeking to appoint a highly motivated KS2 teacher from September on a permanent basis.

The setting has a nursery, but also provides for pupils aged from 3 to 11 in Bradford. The school became an academy in 2018. They were graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted in June 2019. The successful candidate will have, a degree qualification or relevant qualification, qualified Teacher Status or working towards qualification, experience of teaching in a primary school, a track record of delivering excellent teaching, knowledge of what constitutes outstanding practice.

You will have the ability to deliver quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning. You will be able to demonstrate experience of achieving positive outcomes for pupils, as well as being passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. As a committed team player, you will have excellent organisational skills and the natural ability to motivate both pupils and peers.

You will have:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Two education/school-based references
  • Experience working with young people
  • Experience in one or more of the key stages (KS1/KS2)
  • A passion for working with young children and be kind, caring and flexible
  • An energetic and positive attitude
  • The ability to communicate with and inspire children of all abilities
  • The ability to hold a child’s interest and encourage them to be excited about learning
  • Two references, one of which will be from working with young people
