Behaviour Support Mentor- Bradford – January
Justteachers are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our partner school who are looking for a Behaviour Support worker in the BD13 area.
The school is an average sized secondary school with enthusiastic, eager to learn and generally well behaved pupils.
Your role as behaviour support worker will be to intervene when pupils do display challenging behaviour and cause low level disruption for the majority of pupils.
As behaviour support you will work with pupils who are identified as low level disruptors to build rapport with them and establish a positive way forward in promoting positive behaviour.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop into a pastoral role as you grow and develop with individuals who may have issues outside of school life.
You must be a role model. Empathy and compassion is a must for applicants. Experience in a similar setting essential.
Pay -£60-90 per day dependant upon experience and qualifications.
Full time- Term time only.
