Learning Support Assistants (LSA’s) Mainstream and Special Educational Needs Schools
justteachers are looking for passionate individuals to work with children as learning support assistants in Greater and Central Manchester locations and their surrounding areas due to an influx in requirements.
We are looking for Learning Support Assistants who would be interested in working in a variety of settings including Mainstream and Special Educational Needs Schools. We look for Learning Support Assistants who would be happy working with students from EYFS through to KS5 students.
We are looking for talented, compassionate and creative people to come and join our team. You will be able to work within a variety of schools and you will build up experience and confidence working with children who have a range of abilities and needs.
justteachers are able to support you in day-to-day, short term and long-term placements within part time or full time opportunities. Some opportunities will also have the ability to go from temporary to permanent.
Candidates will ideally have the following:
• Have a Level 1 to Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or Equivalent
• Have experience within the last year of working with children or young adults within a school or similar
setting with additional needs such as health care, support work, youth work or similar, that can be
• Have great communication and organisational skills
• Have excellent behaviour management and can be a great team player
