Are you a passionate and creative teacher of Art, looking for a new challenge and new role where you can really make a difference?

Jussteachers are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Art for one of their partner schools in Tamworth. They are looking to appoint a diverse teacher of Art with a can do attitude who can support the development and constant improvement of the Art department. There would be the requirement to teach across KS3 and KS4/KS5. The school celebrates diversity and difference yet still acknowledging equality, the school encourages every child to be the best they can be.  They want to hear from candidates who have the enthusiasm and drive to be able to engage and challenge their students, whatever their ability.

The role is a full-time position, however the school will happily welcome applications from teacher who are looking for a part-time role, with the prospect of a job share. NQT’s and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.

Ideally you will have:

  • Qualified teacher of Art with QTS or QTLS
  • Experience in teaching Art across KS3, KS4 and KS5 desirable but not essential
  • Strong classroom management techniques
  • Be able to supply at least 2 education/school based references
  • Have a desire to become part of a committed team
  • Justteachers are committed to helping NQT’s and will consider those applicants
