SEMH/ESBD teacher required for Ad Hoc work in and around the Lincoln area to support the needs of various specialist schools and mainstream inclusion teams.

This is a great chance to really make a difference in a challenging but rewarding environment. Class sizes are small, with an average of 5 students, giving you the unique opportunity to work closely with individuals, building a strong rapport and engaging them fully in their work.

The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge in a specialist subject area and also experience delivering cross curricular activities to mixed ability classes. Excellent behaviour management is essential and previous experience of working in a PRU or with challenging students would be highly beneficial.
