Teaching assistant Needed in Rugby
Justteachers are working with a rapidly improving two form entry Primary School in central Rugby. Who are looking for a member of staff to work under the instruction of their teaching staff to work with a wide range of pupils. You will be working with children with a range of needs predominately within the classroom. Difficulties include: Speech and Language, General Learning and Specific Learning Difficulties.

- NVQ Level Two or higher required
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs, the ability to liaise and work with outside support agencies. Have a basic understanding of child development and learning processes and in particular barriers to learning. An understanding of relevant policies / codes of practice and awareness of relevant National Curriculum. The ability to relate to children and adults and to work flexibly and independently and also constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
