justteachers are working with an ambitious larger than the average sized primary school in Nuneaton recently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This school is looking to provide an individual pupil support program that promotes a positive school environment and instils self-belief in all pupils. Due to a new intake of pupils the school requires a SEND specialist Teaching Assistant to support within Early Years.

As a SEND teaching assistant, you will use your passion of supporting pupils with SEND needs, offering support both inside and outside the classroom, during breaks and some of lunch. You will be working with specific pupils to increase their engagement in lessons and their academic progression.

You would hold a NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent and have a good understanding of learning levels.
