1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants needed in Spalding, Lincolnshire
Justteachers currently help schools all across the county with implementing SEN provisions within schools to help support children and young adults with additional needs. We are looking to increase our skilled bank of teaching assistants within the Spalding area to work on a 1:1 basis with children with specific needs.
We support schools by providing specialists within a number of areas to support children with the below:
- Autism Spectrum Condition
- Learning difficulties
- Global delay
- Social, emotional and mental health
- Emotion behavioural difficulties
- Speech and language communication
- Hearing impairments
- Sight impairments
- Non-verbal children
- Profound and moderate learning difficulties
- Moderate learning difficulties
- Sever learning difficulties
- Complex needs
If you have experience or qualifications in any of these specific needs, we would be really interested in working with you. We do not only have a need for 1:1 specialist assistants in the Boston area but also all over Lincolnshire. We do ask that the candidate has experience within an education setting, but other backgrounds can also be considered for example, care work, social work, coaching etc.
The work that we offer can be in a number of different settings including mainstream schools, SEN schools, SEMH schools, pupil referral units, education centres, home tuition, secure units and care homes with schools on site.
