About the role:
A welcoming specialist setting in Boston is seeking a Behaviour & Resilience Mentor to join their team from September. Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and behavioural challenges, the school takes a nurturing and trauma-informed approach focused on developing emotional wellbeing, resilience, confidence, and positive engagement with education. Staff work closely together to create a safe, supportive environment where young people can overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to become permanent.
