On behalf of one of our clients we are currently seeking a Qualified Teaching Assistant to work at a special needs school in the North side of Coventry. The school caters for children between the ages of 5-11 and has a fantastic team in place to assist and develop skills. The school is in place for complex needs children supporting in a variety of needs. On behalf of the school we are looking for a teaching assistant with a drive and passion to make a difference. You will be required to work in small classes and on a one – one basis. Covering different subjects and working with different challenges.
We are looking for someone who uses there own initiative and can really get involved with activities and educational plans. The job is full time (5 days a week) and is currently to cover a maternity post. The job may be extended and it has a an opportunity to present a fantastic challenge for the right candidate. Special needs experience is not essential but it is desired. Classroom based experience is essential and minimum Level 2 minimum qualification.
