We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a well-regarded junior school close to Yeadon, Leeds on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and welcoming school environment.

About the Role:

  • Full-time Key Stage 2 teaching position
  • Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
  • Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress to ensure all students reach their full potential
  • Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and senior leadership to enhance student outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in a UK primary school setting
  • A thorough understanding of the national curriculum and assessment strategies
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to the wider school community
  • A positive and proactive approach to teaching, with a focus on pupil progress and well-being
