Justteachers are looking to recruit a 0.8 Teacher to work in a primary school in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role is to cover leadership time across EYFS – Year 6 and is to start as soon as possible. The role will continue until July 2025.

 

The school work hard to create a special and safe learning environment which enables pupils to succeed and achieve.  They aim to equip their pupils with the relevant and necessary knowledge, skills and understanding required to thrive.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, a commitment to raising attainment, and a child-cantered approach to teaching
  • Be adaptable, organized, and confident in delivering the national curriculum in a supportive and collaborative school environment
  • Have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners

You will have:

  • Two education/school-based references
  • Proven experience of working across Reception to Year 6
  • Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
