Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects as required, ensuring continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
• Monitor and support student progress, providing clear instructions and guidance to maintain engagement and achievement.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that supports students’ learning and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure seamless lesson delivery and actively contribute to the overall success of the school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching various subjects in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching various subjects
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Two education or school-based references
