Justteachers is thrilled to partner with a welcoming and inclusive primary school near Norwich that is seeking a versatile and dedicated KS1 Teacher. This full-time, long-term supply role will be maternity cover and is due to last until the end of the academic year. The school are looking for a Teacher that will make a real impact on the development and growth of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS1 pupils, ensuring all students are supported to reach their full potential.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to support individual needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practices, contributing to the school’s warm and vibrant ethos.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong home-school relationships.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching KS1 or KS2, with a strong knowledge of the curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and parents.
  • Two education or school-based references.
