justteachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Boston as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and thought-provoking Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Develop students’ problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills, preparing them for academic success in mathematics.
• Use innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can engage with mathematical concepts.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement and academic achievement.
• Collaborate with the Maths department to enhance the curriculum and actively contribute to school activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Two education or school-based references
