justteachers is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in March as soon as possible. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for an educator with a love for languages to inspire and engage students in a supportive and stimulating school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and dynamic MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Develop students’ language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, preparing them for academic success in foreign languages.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are supported in their language learning journey.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement and academic achievement.
• Collaborate with the MFL department to enhance the curriculum and actively contribute to school activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching languages
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Two education or school-based references
