Justteachers are currently recruiting for one of our Partner Secondary, located in the heart of Boston, who are looking for a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team. This role is due to commence ASAP, but the school are willing to wait for the right candidate and will be full-time.

The school are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor, who has recent experience covering in UK schools and has strong behaviour management. In this role you will be expected to cover a wide variety of subjects, all work will be pre-set, across KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide assistance to students in understanding and completing tasks.
  • Ensure that students adhere to school policies and guidelines.
  • Report any issues or concerns to appropriate staff members.

Justteachers are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education-related degrees are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to adapt to different teaching scenarios.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (that can be referenced)
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
