Justteachers are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Art Teacher to teach across key stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be joining a talented and supportive team of teachers and will play a key role in inspiring and nurturing creativity within our students.

This is a great opportunity for a creative and ambitious individual to make a real difference in the lives of young learners while contributing to the development of the schools growing art curriculum.  The role is to start as soon as possible on either part time or full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality art lessons to students in key stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire students to develop their creative potential and explore various forms of art.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of the art department and school-wide initiatives.

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have:

  • QTS teaching qualification or similar
  • Strong knowledge of teaching Art and delivering inspiring and creative lessons
  • Proven experience teaching in a secondary school
  • Two education or school-based references
