justteachers is looking for a passionate and motivated MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Market Rasen immediately. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and dynamic MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Develop students’ skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in the target language, fostering linguistic and cultural understanding.
• Utilize creative and effective teaching methods to address a variety of learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor student progress, assess their work regularly, and provide timely, constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the MFL department to enhance the curriculum and contribute to school-wide activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching languages
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Two education or school-based references
