Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Develop students’ skills in various physical activities, promoting teamwork, fitness, and sportsmanship.
• Use creative teaching strategies to engage students of all abilities and learning styles.
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to help them improve and achieve their best.
• Collaborate with the PE department to enhance the curriculum and actively participate in school sports events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching PE
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Two education or school-based references
