Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver cover lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• Adapt quickly to different year groups and subjects, maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning, providing guidance and assistance as needed across various subjects.
• Monitor student progress during lessons, offering encouragement and feedback to help them stay on track.
• Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistency in lesson delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching various subjects in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Two education or school-based references
