Justteachers is excited to be recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher for a forward-thinking primary school in Rotherham. About the Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing the youngest learners and laying the foundation for their educational journey. Your role will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons that align with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Creating a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe and eager to learn.
  • Observing and assessing pupil progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
  • Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and academic development through tailored support.
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure every child’s needs are met.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who is:

  • Experienced or newly qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Knowledgeable about the EYFS framework and early childhood development
  • Passionate about creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Skilled in fostering creativity, curiosity, and independence in young learners
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Two education or school-based references
  • A Clear Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
  • The Legal Right to Work in the UK
