About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons in both Psychology and Sociology to students across Key Stages 4 and 5. You will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students, fostering a love for these fascinating subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in Psychology and Sociology.
  • Support students in achieving their academic potential through effective teaching strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the school’s high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Have a proven track record of teaching Psychology and Sociology.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Two education or school based references.
