JustTeachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Sleaford as soon as possible. This full-time, long-term position offers an exciting opportunity for an educator passionate about languages to inspire students and make a lasting impact in a supportive and inclusive environment.

As an MFL Teacher, you will have the chance to teach a variety of languages and help students develop both their linguistic and cultural understanding. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and dynamic language lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Develop students’ skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in the target language(s), helping them achieve academic success.
  • Implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, fostering a love for languages.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement and promote language proficiency.
  • Collaborate with the MFL department to enhance and develop the curriculum, while actively participating in school events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching languages.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Two education or school-based references
