Position Details:

  • Start Date: February half-term until Easter
  • Duration: Temporary, with the possibility of extension
  • Location: Huddersfield

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students across a variety of subjects.
  • Maintain classroom discipline, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Support students in their learning, helping them engage with lesson content and achieve their potential.
  • Adapt to the needs of different classes and year groups, showing flexibility and initiative.
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff, building positive relationships within the school.
  • Follow school policies and procedures, contributing to the overall positive culture of the school.

  • Relevant qualifications
  • Proven experience of managing challenging behaviour
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Curriculum
  • Two education or school-based references
